As an added service to our existing customers, and new customers we provide drop shipping of our product. The benefits of drop shipping are many, not having to purchase an inventory, storing inventory, less labor hours, no need to stock shipping materials, and no shipping hassles. Maybe you are located on one end of the country and shipping to other end, you may save enough in shipping cost to use this service.
This service is labor intensive thus cannot be offered free. Pricing is higher than a standard wholesale account, it is up to you to decide if this added service would be beneficial for your company. Whether you use it as your sole business method, or as an occasional emergency shipping method it is available for use at your discretion.
Things to remember; when you make an order you must enter your customers shipping information into the shipping address at checkout with each order. The default address is your address, if you do not want the package sent to you be sure the shipping address is filled in correctly. The shipping cost is shown at checkout, this cost includes handling, and the extra fees charged by UPS to ship to residential addresses. We will not negotiate the shipping unless it looks to be far off from cost which could be due to an error in the products calculated weight.
We use UPS as our shipping method because of ease of use, and ease of tracking, this helps reduce labor time, and confusion if an item becomes missing. We will send tracking information to you our customer, you may forward this to your customer or not, this is your choice. We will include a form of invoice with our information removed.
We cannot guarantee an item will be in stock when you place your order with us. Please keep an eye on quantities available when you post products for sale. We try to be as accurate as possible with our inventory, however due to expected unknowns we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
Returns will be handled between you and your customers, do not have your customer return product directly to us, nor make contact directly with us. We will deal directly with you our customer on returns. Our standard return policy still remains in place, please read terms and conditions page.
