3. Must be at least 18 years of age to order.
4. You are responsible to know the laws and ordinances for airsoft guns in your community.
5. Purchaser agrees to check local laws and ordinances prior to purchase.
6. No personal, or business checks.
7. Bargain Crusader assumes no liability for injury, or damages caused directly, or indirectly from purchase of airsoft items.

9. We are not responsible for customs confiscating your product, please be sure airsoft, look alike, to guns, replica guns are allowed to be imported into your country prior to placing order. We are unable to know this for you.

11. Damaged in shipping: If item arrives damaged immediately let the shipping driver know, and to make note on their delivery papers. Most cases you will need to make a claim with the shipping company. Call us immediately.
If missing items, or wrong items shipped please call or email us immediately.
Warranty Defective:
NO WARRANTY ON CHINESE AIRSOFT sold as is this includes out of box defective, and or missing parts.
If possible we may supply parts if available. Most cases it is better for customer to reduce the item and sell as is. We do not get any warranty from China.On rare occasions we have had a high percentage failure of an item and we were able to get compensated, in this case we pass this back to the customer.
We have reduced prices to reflect no warranty pricing!
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED PHYSICALLY, AND WILL NOT ACCEPT NOR CREDIT ITEMS THAT THE ORANGE MARKINGS HAVE BEEN ALTERED, COVERED, OR PAINTED. IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO DO THIS, AND WE DO NOT WANT TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR POSSESSION OF SUCH.
In general we do not accept returns for non defective product. AT OUR DISCRETION WE MAY ACCEPT NON DEFECTIVE RETURNS
HOWEVER A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY BUYER.
We have experienced approx. a 3%, or less defect ratio on the airsoft we sell.
UHC/HFC product will carry a 30 day defect only warranty. YOU WILL NEED TO SEND A CUSTOMERS ORIGINAL RECEIPT WITH THE RETURN TO GET FULL CREDIT. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
CLICK HERE to obtain an RMA NUMBER. First locate the order date the product originally was placed. Using the website request an RMA #. Include reason for return, and description of problem. Call if you need assistance 1-866-405-6267 completing the form. Customer pays return shipping to us. Include your customers original sales receipt. We will examine item for missuse, and abuse, then attempt to repair item. We will repair, exchange, or credit item at our discretion. If item is eligible for exchange, or credit we will apply towards your next purchase. No cash refunds.
If item looks to be abused we will not issue credit as we cannot be responsible for end users use of product.
We suggest the retailer place a no cash refund sign in plain view at your location. And post an AS IS sale on these items. Then exchange on a case by case basis, and only for defective items.
UHC, and HFC products 30 day warranty:
Product must be returned with original customer sales receipt, and We will make an attempt to repair item, if cannot be repaired we will exchange item, or credit for future order at our discretion. If out of stock we will then credit towards next order. We will not consider warranty due to customer abuse, warranty is given for defects only.
