YOU MUST REQUEST THIS MEMBERSHIP. ITEMS NEEDING TO RETURN MUST HAVE BEEN PURCHASED WHEN YOU WERE ON THIS PROGRAM.

Returns are only for items $20 or more, items under $20 are not part of this program and are sold as is non returnable, no warranty. We do not get warranty from China on airsoft.
1. You must have a RETURN account. You must ask for it.
2. The refund will be exchange, or credit for future order. Credit will be given as bonus points which are redeemable as gift certificate for future order.
3. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If you want us to return product we will deduct the return shipping from your exchange dollar amount.
4. Claim must be within 15 days of customer purchase. Your customers Purchase receipt is required.
5. You will need to write on outside of box an RMA number given to you prior to shipping or box may be refused.
6. Product must be factory defective, and or parts/accessories missing we do not exchange for customer related failure. Be sure to check product prior to making a claim.
7. This program is not for shipping claims, if product arrives damaged from shipper immediately note on shipping papers, call us, or refuse if sufficient damage.
8. This program may be removed at any time. And an individual account may be removed if we feel the return program is being abused.
